The KISO Method™
Hands-on chiropractic adjustments and KISO Method™ structural alignment focused on movement, comfort, and long-term function.
About Dr. Cain
Dr. Craig Zion Cain, D.C. is the creator of the KISO Method™ and has been practicing chiropractic for over 40 years. A graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, he has also taught chiropractic in Germany and continues to serve patients in Hilo, Hawai‘i.
The KISO Method™ is a structural alignment approach centered on careful assessment and precise correction of the spine, ilia, sacrum, and cranium. It can include focused pressure and manual oscillation at specific points, especially when a lower-force approach is appropriate for patients who require more cautious care, including some older patients or patients with osteoporosis.
Dr. Cain is also a hands-on chiropractor who may use traditional chiropractic adjusting when appropriate. Care is tailored to each patient, with the goal of supporting better movement, reducing strain on the body, and helping patients feel more balanced in daily life.
The Method
The KISO Method™ blends chiropractic structural analysis with hands-on adjusting and precise manual oscillation. Depending on the patient, care may include traditional chiropractic adjustments or a more cautious lower-force approach, always emphasizing alignment, function, and patient comfort.
